I have interviewed a lot of ENFJs over the years, and I always wondered what their biggest challenges were, being so outgoing and so passionate. Most of them said that they had to manage their own emotions, and manage the emotions of others. They had to be able to take care of themselves, and take care of the people around them.
I was really interested in this interview, because it was the first time I heard someone say they had to manage their own emotions. I had never heard that before! This was a big revelation for me. I went back to all my other interviews and analyzed every one of them. And every single one of them had this same story about managing their own emotions and controlling the emotions of others.
