Gorillaz - Sleeping Powder personality type is INFP, that is, the artist.
I'm pretty sure there has to be some truth in this. My partner and I have done a lot of work on our personality types and I know that I'm predominantly an INFP as well. I feel especially strongly about this because I've seen a lot of other people claim to be an INFP and I'm usually the one who makes the corrections.
That said, I'm not sure I'm 100% sure about this. I've found some studies that seem to indicate that artists are more introverted, but that the Introversion - Extroversion scale of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is slightly shifted towards extraversion. For example, my Extraversion score is 16, which is at the borderline, but it's still lower than the average of 17.
What do you think? Are artists really INFPs? Or am I really just an INFP trying to figure out why everyone else says they're an artist?
