People with this personality type are idealists, and are so focused on the good of the world that they can sometimes overlook the bad. They tend to be more interested in making things better than in taking advantage of their situation. They are more likely to go out of their way to help someone (for example, by lending money or fixing someone's computer) than to take advantage of something.
But even with their idealism, earthworms can be quite tough. They see the world as a place where people can help each other, rather than as a place where people are out to get each other. They're typically very nice people and will help out a friend in need, but they won't volunteer in place of you.
I'm not saying that earthworms don't have bad sides. In fact, in my experience, they often have it much worse than most other personality types. For example, I've known earthworms who have ended up homeless through no fault of their own.
