You could also try being a bit pessimistic and pessimistic about your own optimism (the "silly optimism" of INFJs) in your daily interactions with others. This will help you be more open to new experiences and help you learn to adapt better to the many situations you will face in the future.

You might also try to be more open about the fact that you like to spend time alone. And this is perfectly fine! It's not a big deal. After all, we are all different and have different needs and preferences.
