Joy Again - Looking Out for You personality type is ISFJ, or Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging. I’m not sure what the actual numbers are, but I’m sure it’s even more than 13%, which is what I feel like it is. In fact, the only thing that’s been more of a problem in my life than my MBTI type has been this personality type.
I’m an introvert by nature. I don’t like big social situations, and I want to be alone a lot of the time. Of course, I’m a human being, and I’m not going to be happy all the time, but I’ve always been pretty good at keeping my emotional responses to a minimum. This is because I have a fairly high Sensing score, the lowest Judging score, and a pretty high Feeling score. In other words, I’m a very emotionally-detached introvert.
In the past few years, this personality type has been entirely too much of a problem for me. It’s been so bad that I think my personality is just a reaction to all the drama that’s happened in my life in recent years.
