Kamaitachi - Ave expurgo personality type is INFJ, and I'm pretty sure it's an order of the magnitude because I'm recognising traits of INFJ that I have also.
Glyph - I'm a big fan of the Valeyard, and I think the Kamaitachi is a kind of amalgamation of the Valeyard, with the ability to manipulate time, and the Valeyard's mindwipe.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Valeyard was supposedly a Time Lord, and that's why he's so much more powerful than other Time Lords.
The Doctor - The Doctor is an INFJ, too, and he's more powerful than the Valeyard is. The Valeyard is more powerful than the Fifth Doctor.
In my mind, the Kamaitachi is a much more sinister version of the Doctor - he's very intelligent, almost omniscient, and he has a very dark side.
TARDIS - The TARDIS has been a great muse for me. I love that it's this mysterious, almost magical box that can take you anywhere and everywhere... except where it originally came from.
It's also my favourite prop in all of Doctor Who.
