Another song I've been listening to a lot lately is "Bitter Pill" by The National. This song has a similar theme to "I Like You" by Marina and the Diamonds - shows how the person feels jaded about being around someone they are attracted to, but at the same time they feel that they won't be able to get into that person's pants because of their own personal demons that they have. It's not that they are saying that they wanted to have sex with them, but they just don't want to have sex with them because of the way that person treats them.
