Geppetto personality type is ISFJ, which makes him an ideal partner for the Type 6, 6w4. It is not that you cannot work with another type, it is that there is less likelihood that you will be able to see eye-to-eye in your goals and values. The ISFP and ISFJ are very likely to find this relationship frustrating and in need of improvement in their communication.
