Selena Gomez - Rare personality type is INFJ, according to the MBTI). I was so confused. I was also told by a family member that I should be able to "feel" certain emotions, like anger or whatever. I don't. I wasn't even able to feel any feeling, if you know what I mean. Like, I didn't understand what it meant to feel any emotion at all.
I remember asking people, "isn't anger supposed to be a feeling?" and having people give me all these complicated answers about how anger isn't really a feeling. But now, I understand. It was just that I didn't have a brain for it. I didn't have one for my own emotions.
It doesn't matter if you're an INFJ or not. What matters is that you're figuring out your feelings, and learning to relate to them. It's okay if you don't know how to feel things. It's okay if you feel nothing, it's okay if you feel everything and anything. You're still figuring out how to feel, and the less you feel, the more you have to learn about it.
