Toby Fox - Home personality type is ENFJ, which is also the type of person I am. I'm extremely outgoing, I'm very empathetic, and I'm very good at reading people. I'm also the type of person that is constantly looking for opportunities to help other people, and I get very emotional about that.
Toby Fox - The two things that really made me want to do this was 1) I've always wanted to be a game developer, and 2) I was in college at the time and I was in a game development class one day, and the professor asked the students in class, "If you could make a video game about anything, what would it be?" And I said "Bats", because bats are one of my favorite animals. And he laughed at me. He said, "Yeah, you're not going to be able to do that." And I thought to myself, "Well, if he thinks it's impossible, then that means that there are other people in the world who are much smarter than me who are probably doing much more amazing things than I could ever do." And so the idea was born.
