My results of the MBTI test came out as a 16-year-old. The 16 year-old me was the type of person the 16-year-old me thought I was, and not the type of person who actually turned out to be. I think I am a brilliant 16-year-old, but I am also a lazy 16-year-old with a very low self esteem.
I have started therapy on and off for a little over a year now, and going to therapy is a great way to learn more about yourself and your own mental challenges. When I first started going to therapy I had a hard time keeping a conversation going if I wasn't talking about myself. It's a lot easier now.
I can't say that my therapist is an ENTP. I have had therapists that have been ENTP before, but I have never been therapist that has been ENTP. In all of my therapy sessions, however, I have had at least one person that was ENTP as a therapist.
