Pierre personality type is ESTP, but we have a lot of INFPs here. The tension between those two personalities has created the most interesting dynamics of the group. I think if we were just ESTPs, we would have been so much more boring.

The INFP wants to be in charge, or at least be in a position to help the team. They don’t necessarily want to be in charge all the time, but they do want to be able to help the team if things get tough.
Usually, the idea of being in charge doesn’t bother them. They are more concerned with making sure everyone is getting along and that everyone is happy.
