Thorn personality type is INTJ, and I can see how that could make for a pretty depressing and torturous existence, and the fact that there's no way for her to get away from it would cause her to go off the deep end. It's not just the mental torture she goes through because she can't escape it, it's also the physical torture that she goes through because of her looks. There's also the fact that she's aware that she's basically a monster and that it's not much of a competition if she doesn't even have to try.
I don't think you can really say that she's "aware" of it though. She knows she has the body of a monster and she knows what this means in terms of what other people think and do to her. However, in this case, her appearance doesn't seem to be a factor in her psyche. She actually doesn't seem to care what other people think of her, which is why she doesn't get upset about it. In fact, she seems to think that other people's attitudes towards her are a problem for them, not for her.
But, nonetheless, if this was a real person who experienced these things I think they'd be severely mentally unstable.
