Bon Jovi - Always personality type is ENFP, Fi rather low, Te obviously high. I think the lyrics are a reflection of how he feels about his band, as well as how he feels about himself. I don't think he is a particularly deep guy, but he's a great lyricist and singer. When I read some of his songs I feel like I'm reading a diary, and that's pretty cool. I don't know if he's the most "Fi" person in the world, but he definitely has more of an introverted, brooding side.
Of course, there are all types of people out there. There's nothing wrong with being a strong Se type, or even MBTI-ish, but I think in a band there should be people who are more Fi-ish and people who are more Se-ish.
I would say that Jon Bon Jovi is definitely Se-ish. He certainly seems to be a much more extroverted person than Richie. He's very outgoing, and very social. His band is definitely one of the most extroverted bands out there.
