Hole - Softer, Softest personality type is ISFJ,but who knows,maybe it was the fact there are not many ISFJs who worked at the company that made it feel so different.
The atmosphere is a little strange at the office, no one really talks much. I'm raised in an environment where people talk a lots and I feel like I'm not that different from the rest of the workforce. This is a very different kind of place.
I'm not sure what to do about this, do I just work and work until I can't anymore? Or do I find new ways to get to know my coworkers?
I'm actually the only ISFJ I work with. I have no idea how this is going to work out.
