She said she knew she had to make a change. "I had to break out of that phase because it was killing me," she said. "I went into therapy and I learned to DELETE ALL THE THOUGHTS IN MY HEAD ABOUT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WRONG."
She said she focused on her feelings instead, which was a crucial step to getting rid of the negative thoughts.
"One of the things I had to do was learn to shut off my awareness of all the other feelings in my life," Gwen said.
