They tend to see the good in everyone, which can be very attractive in an employee, but can also lead them to be overly optimistic and naive when it comes to dealing with coworkers, bosses, and customers. They often lack the ability to express their frustration or anger directly, as they would rather avoid confrontation than be negative towards others. This can lead to uncomfortable situations that they might not realize they caused, such as getting frustrated at coworkers who repeatedly make mistakes and refuse to correct them.
