Joshua Neville Carter is an American professional basketball player for PAOK of the Greek Basket League and the Basketball Champions League. He played college basketball for Texas A&M. He also played for the Athletes in Action basketball team in 2006 and 2007, helping the team win the William Jones Cup in 2006. In the 2006–07 season, Carter co-led all NCAA Division I men's basketball players with his three-point accuracy of 50%.
