The Police - Zenyattà Mondatta personality type is INTJ, unless I have recently read a manga where someone's a different type. There's a lot of introverted intuition in the anime, but even more so in the manga. I mean, I'm not a manga reader so I'm not sure if it's a lot more introverted, but the anime seems to have a more air-headed view of the world.
In terms of characters, Ayano isn't really a very good example of the INTJ type, more of a bratty, whiny, immature version of an INTP. She's quite funny, but she's just a bit too whiny to be really likeable.
I'm not sure if there's any real good examples in the series. I know Shizune and Matsuri are both INTJs, and they're both quite likeable in their own way. But in terms of character archetypes and such, they don't seem to be very representative.
I've read some manga that has some good examples though. A lot of time, when people talk about the Idealist or Artisan types in manga, they're talking about Tomo and Nonoka.

The album won the band two Grammy Awards: Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal for “Don't Stand So Close to Me” and Best Rock Instrumental Performance for “Behind My Camel”.
