Venom - Black Metal personality type is ESTP, based on what I can see. (I'm not familiar with all the other types.)
You're right, I was thinking of the "awakened" state of the serpent. I'm not sure if that would be the appropriate designation for Venom -- it seems to me that Venom is more like the "dark side" of the ESTP -- the side that is so passionate about it's mission to be dangerous, destructive, and evil. The "awakened" state of the serpent is the state where the venomous snake is no longer dangerous or poisonous.
A Venom-type ESTP is likely to be very idealistic, passionate, and rebellious. They are likely to be very focused on their mission to be destructive and dangerous. They are definitely not likely to be very passive or weak. They may be very aggressive, and not particularly concerned with hurting others. They may even have an incredible amount of self-confidence and self-esteem. They may have a good degree of "pride".
I don't think that they would have a hard time being a leader -- they seem to have a good deal of confidence in themselves and their goals.
