Felipe Prior personality type is ESTP, but he is interested in exploring the possibilities of other (and perhaps less common) personality types. He has found that many of the purported “ETP” types he has encountered are not necessarily so. He has also found that his own type is not so much an “E” as much as it is “E” with a dash of “S” thrown in.
What prompted this series was a visit to a lecture given by one of the leading researchers in the field, who was presenting his research on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Prior was intrigued by this, because he had known that he was an ESTP since childhood, and wondered if there were any other types that might fit his own.
Prior’s first article in this series explores the matter of confidence, and how it plays out for each type. He found it to be a very interesting topic, and hopes to continue exploring this topic in future articles.
