Daddy personality type is ESTP, which is a child of the planet, which is probably why my mother had a thing for him. Like a child, I was taken in and loved by my mother, and I remain so today.
My father, on the other hand, was an ENTP. He was very smart and was a great fan of science and technology. He loved to work and had no interest in raising a family. My mother was more like a mother than a wife to him, so I grew up in a family where my father was the ‘head of the house’ and my mother was an ‘underling’.
My father died when I was a teenager, and my mother moved us from the US to Canada so that she could be closer to her sister. I was 17 when we moved to Canada, so it was an eye-opening experience for me. Canada was quite different from the US in many ways.
My mother had always been very good at math, and I was fortunate to be able to study math in high school and college. I studied math at university for five years, but as I mentioned before, I never finished.
