Jenny personality type is ENTP, which is the highest functioning. I characterize her as a sort of a high energy social butterfly who doesn't really think through the consequences of her actions. I guess you could say she's impulsive, but I don't think she's reckless. She's just impulsive enough to get herself into trouble.
What was the biggest challenge you encountered and how did you overcome it?
Jenny and I both had jobs at the same company, but she was in engineering and I was in marketing. She was a software engineer and I was in sales. The job was quite stressful because there was a lot at stake, and if we didn't do well, we would be out of a job. It was also very difficult for us because we were competing for the same clients.
How did you overcome it? The main thing is that we focused on something else other than our job. Jenny set up a plan to meet with one client every day, which made her a lot more comfortable with her job. For me, I just went out doing fun things in my spare time. I had a really good team, so they did a lot of work at home and I could focus on activities that I enjoyed.
