Valin Hess personality type is ESTJ, but I also have extroverted Sensing, which is often activated by stress.
This is why I have a lot of extraverted Sensing energy in my life and why that can be stressful. But you are right it's not in the same way as someone who is extroverted Feeling.
I have to make sure that I'm not suppressing anything in my life.
I don't want to get stuck in a situation where I'm very introverted and feel like I'm not living my life. I also have to make sure that I'm not overcompensating and compensating with extraverted Sensing energy.
I just have to keep it kind of in balance all the time. This is something that I'm working on a lot.
Chase: You mentioned an example previously where you were overcompensating for introversion. How did that work out for you? And how did you know it was happening?
Valin: It's a good example, because it's something that I've been working on for a long time now.
