Pepper personality type is INFP, and doesn't get along well with this kind of thinking. The majority of INFPs I know would rather be left alone to do their own thing, and would not really understand why someone would want to go out and do that thing. In the scenario you described, I would say that the INFP is the one who isn't getting along well with this kind of thinking.
The INFP would probably be the first one to suggest that he or she does not believe in competitive sports, or that they do not want to spend their Saturday night doing things like this, or that they don't want to spend any of their time doing things that are in opposition to what they want to do with their lives.
Whether it's a case of INFPs being too sensitive or not, I don't know. I've been told by INFPs that they get upset easily if they don't get their way. The INFP may feel that they are being told that there is no room in this world for them to live the life they want to lead, and may feel as though they are being told that they don't exist.
