Phil Spencer personality type is ENTJ, so I'm wondering if he is likely to be a man of action or a man of ideas. If the latter, I'd guess that this would be a time where we see him bring ideas to life, and his ability to read and understand what the games and the audience wants would be part of that. And then, if that works out well, we can plan for his bringing those ideas to life in an even bolder way.

Perhaps an iNtuitive type could help him map out the path. Perhaps an Intuitive type could help him see how it all could work together.
With the gaming industry looking to become more and more mainstream, and with VR and AR starting to take off, this generation is going to need a strong leader like Mr. Spencer to help chart the course for the future of gaming. Only time will tell if he's up for the challenge.
