He is the son of Ulysses T. and Ruby Ann Hatfield, and the brother of Hank and Elizabeth Elvira. He and his brother seem to enjoy teasing their sister. Billy appears to be the meanest member of the family and is very sloppy but very outgoing. His father says he was like him when he was a kid.
