Pleasant is an entertainer and somebody who draws people in. He makes people feel good. He's positive. He's genuinely interested in people and he wants people to feel good. He wants to make people's lives better.
Pleasant is a natural people person, but he's always had an interest in running things. He likes to be in control and to do the things that he wants to do. But I think what makes him even more attractive is that he has a tremendous amount of heart, and he's got a really nice way of not taking himself too seriously and not letting other people take him too seriously.
He's able to get along with anyone, but when you get into a conversation with Pleasant, you know that Pleasant is going to be really thoughtful and really thoughtful about things that matter to you. And I think that's a great attribute in a leader.
