Holly Alto personality type is INFP, the most common personality type for women. I don't think she can be INFP, but I do know that INFPs are very quiet and reserved, and probably wouldn't talk that much unless she has to. There's also no way she's an INFP (or INFP-adjacent) because of her kind of social awkwardness, which is common for ENFPs. The whole scene with her in the car made me think she was maybe ENFJ.
But I don't think she's an NF (or NF-adjacent), either. There's no way she's an extrovert. She's definitely very talkative, but I don't think she's the type to just blurt out whatever comes to her mind, or act spontaneously in situations that would invite that kind of behavior. She'd probably be very reserved about her true self, much like the way INFPs usually are.
I think she's just not very charismatic, and therefore not an extrovert either. She doesn't even come off as particularly driven in the sense of wanting to express herself in a career-oriented career compared to other people in her situation.
