Jack Bunch personality type is ESFJ, so I am an ESFJ. My Intuition is dominant, so I am generally a stabilizing force in my life, and I am very good at calming people down when they are upset, although this might be due to my own inner conflict. This does not mean that I am not sensitive or that I don’t have feelings or that I don’t have a personal life. On the contrary, I am a very sensitive person and I feel everything deeply.
I have a strong personal life, but that’s not what this article is about. My personality type has been a source of confusion and anxiety in my personal life, and that is why I decided to write this article.
My ESFJ personality type is often misunderstood, and so are all MBTI type personalities. It is also often misunderstood by other MBTI types. The most frequent misconception is that ESFJs are “good” and “nice” people and ESFJs are just kind, open-minded and calm people; they are not cold, they do not lack empathy or they do not suck.
