For example, when I was in school, I was always trying to find different ways to change the world. And when I was in college, I worked to reform the system of education. I would go to the school board meetings and fight for the teachers. When I got my master's degree, I started working to reform the system of education again. So I guess that's how I learned to be good at management.

I like that all the workers in Mitsubishi believe in what we're doing. And our customers are very loyal. They feel like it's their company.
