Penema personality type is ESTP, or the “Action-Oriented” personality.
The PET test is pretty much the same as the Myers-Briggs, but with a couple of extra questions. Most of the extra questions are pretty straightforward, but there is one question that uses animal imagery to determine a person’s preference for animal-human relationships. A person with a strong preference for animals (e.g. cats) would prefer to think about cats, while a person with a strong preference for humans (e.g. people) would prefer to think about people.
Although the PET test has some minor flaws, including its question on “seeing” and “being” animals, the test has been well accepted and is considered “reliable and valid.”
