Being an INFJ type is both a blessing and a curse. They are highly intuitive and can often see things before they even happen. Because of this, they can be very perceptive in regards to others. They are also very observant of the emotions of others. These two characteristics make them great leaders in society. They are extremely perceptive in regards to others, and can often predict their next move, often before they even think it themselves! This is why INFJs are great leaders, especially when their intuition kicks in.
Unfortunately, this same trait can also ruin relationships. INFJs will learn to spot when someone is uncomfortable with them or their input. They can be very sensitive about their input when they are in conversation with someone. They will often try to smooth things over when this happens, or even go out of their way to make sure that someone is comfortable with them. This does a lot of damage to a relationship.
