Sigret personality type is ISTJ, and the most common is ISTP. I'm not sure how these different types end up in these different groups.
In the second section, we have the "enthusiast" group. These are the ones that are interested in learning more and want to get better at something. They're often very good at what they do, but they want to improve. They're also good when it comes to putting together things and seeing their own pattern of thought. They can get lost in the details though, and sometimes they forget how the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
The last section is the "ambivert" group. These are the ones who can be either very active or very passive based on what's happening. They can be very outgoing and social, but sometimes they'll be missing other people if they're too busy working out what to do next or what's happening next to them. They're more likely to be quiet and reserved than the "enthusiast" group, though.
I'm not sure how these different types end up in these different groups. I think they may be different combinations of these types that get combined together with different combinations of other types.
