Asuman personality type is ESFP, and Parson's is INTP.
From the first page of the first chapter, we already know that Asuna and Parson's relationship is romantic, which fits with their personality types.
It's also worth noting that we don't know exactly what Asuna and Parson's romantic relationship is supposed to be. It can be either a romantic relationship, platonic friendship, or even a sexual relationship (although the latter two types of relationship seem to be extremely rare in Sword Art Online). What we do know is that Asuna and Parson have been dating for at least a year.
In the first chapter, Kirito says that he has been dating Asuna for a year, but this comment isn't proof of anything. In fact, as we saw in the second episode of the second season, Kirito and Asuna have been dating for much longer than a year, so it seems very likely that the comment was made up by the author for this particular scene.
As a final note, I will mention that Asuna and Kirito's personalities are extremely similar to each other.
