I'm still learning about how to fit in when you're in the military, because I've been in for over 12 years now. Strengths. I've learned to become more aware of things I think are strengths, and don't let it get to my head.
I think that's true of anyone. You can't let your ego get too big. You can't be too proud of it. When you're young, you're young, but when you get older you still have to know when to step back.
