In my own work with adults with Asperger’s I have only seen a handful of ESFPs who had a childlike, “pre-social”, and relatively unemotional personality. I think this is because ESFPs tend to be fairly carefree and easy going, and the childlike and unemotional personality is just one of many ways they can express that feeling of carefree and easy going.
