But I also struggle with much less common struggles that many people face, such as depression and anxiety. While I don’t know if I would call myself depressed or anxious, I definitely suffer from a mix of several different issues and conditions.
I think we all do. The good news is that we can learn to understand and work with our own unique mix of several different issues.
