Killian Jones / Captain Hook personality type is ESTP, but would be better described as an ESFP.
I think I'll start with the ESFP, because I don's think there's any ESFP in the realm of Disney!
ESFPs are pirates in my book. I have always loved pirates. The ESFP is the most likely to want to be a pirate - in my experience, at least. The ESFP is very independent, they don't need to be in packs or by the side of the captain. They are their own person, and are not easily swayed by what others have to say. Usually, they are quite rebellious, and are more likely to be the leader of the group.
I think I'll use Captain Hook as an example. He is an ENFJ, but I am going to pretend that he's an ESFP. ESFPs don't like getting stuck with leadership roles, and they don't like being told what to do. So Captain Hook is born of necessity. Captain of the ship, of course. And of course, leader of the crew. But he is not happy about it.
