Hanazuki personality type is ENFP, so I'm not sure how accurate that is.
I think the Heian Era was also pretty important to the development of the Japanese psyche, but only as a kind of model of conduct and behavior, rather than a time period in which the Heian Period itself was experienced. The Heian Era was a time (and honestly a place) of extremely high class distinctions and extreme refinement. This is reflected in the politics of the period and the social customs that happened around the time.
However, it is not directly about the Heian Period itself. There's no reason for it to be about the period, it's just a cultural artifact.
The thing is, most of the historical information we have about the Heian period comes from written documents created during the subsequent Kamakura Period, and not from anything that happened during the Heian period itself.
The only way to know what people were like during the Heian Period is through later sources that were written by people who lived during that time.
But even those accounts are biased and politicized, so it's not like we know what happened during the Heian Period exactly. We can only guess.
