Melanie “Mel” Freeland personality type is ESFJ, which means she’s more of a “people pleaser” than I am. I’m more of a “do-it-yourselfer”. We did not get along.
We did not get along at all. Melanie was the type of girl that did not like to be told what to do. She was very vocal about it, which is not good when you’re the PA to the head of a company.
She would spend a lot of time trying to fix things that either I or Scott wouldn’t even think about. She would spend a lot of time trying to fix things that I wouldn’t even think about, and I got a lot of flak from Melanie for that.
I don’t know if she didn’t like me or I didn’t like her, but we definitely didn’t get along.
She was a very strong personality, and strong personalities fight a lot. They don’t necessarily not get along, they just fight a lot. We fought a lot, but I didn’t care.
Melanie quit shortly after she started working for us.
