Eloise Gardener / Mother Gothel personality type is INFJ, so I have to say she's the only one I know of who fits that description. And I think that she is, more or less, making the point that the only way to truly change things is to create a new world - a new, better world.
I don't think that's an impossible task, but I do think that it's incredibly difficult. So I don't think she's being unrealistic, but I think she is being unrealistic in the sense that she thinks that she can create a new world out of nothing within a matter of months. That's not realistic.
Now, I do think that Disney has changed a lot of things in the way children are viewed around the world. But I do not think that it is a good thing nor do I think that it is healthy. It's giving them a false impression of what love is and what love should be. It's giving them a false impression of what family is. It's teaching them that it's okay to not be okay, so if someone hurts you or bullies you or is rude to you or whatever, it's okay to go out there and fight back.
