Bob personality type is ESFP, and that's the first one I always go for. But it's not the only one, and in my opinion, it's not even the best one. I think the best personality type is ISTP, because they're the most "mature". They're the most serious, and the most down-to-earth.
ISTP's are the most "true" to themselves, they always follow their own unique path, they don't really care much about what other people think, and they don't really care much about other people at all, or what other people think of them. They're very independent, and self-sufficient, and do their own thing. They're also very practical, and down-to-earth. ISTP's are very realistic and very comfortable in their own skin. They're very down-to-earth, and very "real", and they don't over-react or get upset over stupid things. They're obviously very serious, and they take things seriously, they're very down-to-earth, and do not overreact.
ESTP's are a bit more playful and a bit more "out there", which is why I don't really like them.
