Haré personality type is ESFJ, which means that they are the most earnest, giving, cooperative, and generally nice person in the room. For example, when my son was little he often asked for my help, and I was happy to help him in any way I possibly could. He needed help with schoolwork, he needed help with his chores. I believed that I was the only one who could help him so I did my best to do so.
I'm sure this type of behavior came naturally to my son, but one of the most interesting things about it was when he would ask for help. He'd look at me with that "please help me, mom" look on his face, and my heart would melt.
"Sweetie, I know you're trying your best. I wish I could help more."
"Mom, please can you help me with my math?"
I'd sit with him for an hour or two and make sure he had all his homework done before he went to bed. Sometimes I'd stay up later than he did to make sure he had his homework done for the next day.
The thing is, all my efforts were completely unnecessary.
