Helen personality type is ISFJ, which are the loyal defenders of all that is good. They are hard-working, capable and reliable types who tend to be their own harshest critics, but also their own staunchest supporters. They can be very good at fixing things and working as a team, and they will do everything they can to make sure that the family or the community they are a part of is taken care of. They are always there to help others and they will do anything they can to make sure that everyone is happy and healthy. It’s just their way, and it’s not that they are morally superior types – even if they do dive into some moral gray areas – they are just doing what comes naturally to them. Helen types don’t really like conflict, but they will be there for you if you need them, and they may even be able to help you when you’re feeling overwhelmed.
