Nikas said the "spiritual" part of his personality often manifests in his love of hiking, yoga, and meditation. (His Instagram has about 150 photos of the three.) He said his ISFP personality type can also mean that he's taking on more of a community role.
"I'm really focused on making sure that I'm trying to connect people with places they haven't been before. Or events they haven't gone to before," Nikas told Business Insider. "I feel like I'm really good at helping people get to places they want to go, or doing things they want to do."
Nikas said he's also always interested in connecting him with new people who share his values.
"I think I'm really socially intelligent," Nikas said. "I like meeting new people. I like knowing people's stories. I think that's how I've ended up in this role."
Nikas said his ISFP personality type is also behind his ability to write well, something he enjoys doing for both work and personal reasons.
