Rhetoric is a type of personality, and they're people who use logic and reason to reach conclusions. They can be very clever and persuasive, and it's easy to be an ENTP.
INTP is more common than ENTP, and it's because most people are INTPs, but most ENTPs don't know about it. So they think they're the most common type. It's not true.

Rhetoric typically provides heuristics for understanding, discovering, and developing arguments for particular situations, such as Aristotle's three persuasive audience appeals: logos, pathos, and ethos.
