It’s important to note that not all INFJs are also Soah. Interestingly, people of either type can sometimes display behaviors that would be classified as Soah. For example, when an INFJ is playing a game of life, they’re not actually doing all the Soah things, but they may be doing a mix of Soah and INFJ-like things. But if someone is going through a “Soah” experience, it’s usually because they are experiencing some kind of profound insight about some aspect of themselves or their life.
For example, one INFJ friend of mine was going through a period of completely taking over every aspect of his life with his Soah nature. He was working in his garden, sleeping in the garden under a tree, and even building a little house for himself in the garden. He was finding that he was more relaxed and happy with himself when he was in nature than he ever had been before.
The main difference between Soah and INFJ is that Soah people just do things without thinking much about it.
