İnci Hoca personality type is ENFJ, not INFP, which is what's written on his website, and that still doesn't explain his "dark side". 2. This is not to say that all ENFJs are evil, or that any of them are or were. I know at least one ENFJ who is a good person. ENFJs don't represent the "dark side" of the personality type. What they do represent is a certain way to understand and interpret the world, and that has nothing to do with evil or anything negative. ENFJs are not rule-breakers. They are rule-followers, but that's not to say they're living by rules. They're following rules because it's logical for them to do so. They don't break rules because they don't care about what other people think about them doing so. Instead of worrying about breaking rules, they worry about following them. They don't see themselves as rule-breakers. They see themselves as people who follow rules. 3.
