Freeman said it's just a matter of not getting too involved with other people.
"I don't get wrapped up in other people's lives, so I don't have to deal with their issues," she said. "And I don't have to deal with anyone else's issues."
And she said she's found her own way to cope with the stress of being an attorney.
"I have learned to recognize my own stress levels and recognize when I'm stressed out. I've learned to take breaks," Freeman said. "I've learned to catch up on things that I may have neglected.
"There are many people who are stressed out because they're doing the job that they love," she added. "And I can understand that.
